Such a neat little alarm clock for a kid (or even an adult). My teenage daughter loves this thing. It comes with a user manual, a 1-year warranty cart, its own USB-C charging cord, and a charging block. Right away, just wanted to add that you will have to download an app to use all the features of this alarm clock. The instruction booklet actually lists the app name incorrectly too. The manual says the app name is Smart Life by Tuya when in actuality the app’s name is Tuya Smart. Just keep that in mind if you purchase this clock and are trying to download the app. Other than that hiccup, I had zero problems getting this alarm clock set up. Pairing was very easy when following the user manual. Once that is done, you can now customize your new alarm clock. You can change the color of the clock to whatever you want on the rainbow. You can program alarms to only go off on certain days of the week. You can change the brightness of the screen and change it from 12 to 24 hour mode. Plus there are plenty more features available with this alarm clock and app duo.Overall both my daughter and I are happy with this Bumble and Bright Go & Glow Cloud alarm clock and nightlight duo. It sets up easy, it’s very customizable, and it’s just flat out adorable.

Will not connect to WiFi

Quick Setup Tips:
- Make sure your phone is on home Wi-Fi, not mobile data (5G/LTE) - mobile data cannot be used for setup.
- The Go & Glow Friend uses 2.4GHz Wi-Fi - most home routers provide this automatically, so you usually don't need to change anything.
- If your Wi-Fi shows two options (example: 'HomeWiFi' and 'HomeWiFi-5G'), choose the one WITHOUT '5G.'
- Move the clock and phone closer to your router for initial setup.
*Make sure Child Lock is disabled during setup.
Pairing Mode Steps:
- Press the power button twice (Wi-Fi icon flashes) to activate Wi-Fi module
- Double-click the big, round center button to enter pairing mode
- Clock should say: 'Wi-Fi Mode' when pairing mode is activated successfully
In the SmartLife App (blue house icon):
- A pop-up should appear at the bottom asking to add the Bumble & Bright product - follow the instructions and enter your Wi-Fi info
- If no pop-up appears, select 'Add device' ('+' in top right corner) and the product will appear
If your clock was previously connected and stopped responding:
- Remove it from the SmartLife app: Home → Tap & Hold Device Card → Select '-' in top left corner
- Then reconnect using the pairing steps above.
Factory Reset (if needed): Push and hold the big, round center button for 8-10 seconds until the clock resets.

Having some technical difficulties unfortunately - the alarms have not been automatically turning on (I use it for my sons nap times to show him it’s time to sleep or wake) and the lights have been turning on by themselves, etc. but we are keeping it because it’s the only one with a sun and moon that uses an App, which is so much easier for what our needs are.

Regarding the lights turning on by themselves - great news! We've made a product upgrade after listening to our customers like you. We've now included the lights in the child lock function, so you can choose when to disable the tapping feature. This ensures little hands don't accidentally change the schedules or turn the lights on unexpectedly.

Very cute. Easy to set up via WiFi and phone. Makes a great nightlight for a child's bedroom, with the alarm clock if needed. Small enough for a nightstand, but can be read from bed to dresser (several feet away). The white noise feature is great for children who need a little help falling asleep. A very good first alarm for a school-aged child.Easy to charge with included charger and wall plug. I would have loved this as a child, as an adult it fits well in my craft room (which doubles as a guest room for visiting children). Small enough and rechargeable, so it can be moved to the best view when doing various tasks or closer to the bed. It is also portable enough to be a travel alarm clock.
