What is the difference between Go & Glow Friends and The Bright Basics?

Both collections combine an alarm clock, nightlight, and sound machine. Go & Glow Bunny, Cat, and Cloud can be adjusted through the Smart Life app or with the clock’s controls. The Bright Basics use straightforward manual controls and do not connect to the app.

Do I need an app to use the clock?

No. The Bright Basics are fully manual. Go & Glow Friends offer app control for easier scheduling and customization, but everyday functions can also be controlled from the clock.

Do all of the clocks include a sound machine?

Yes. Both Go & Glow Friends and The Bright Basics combine an alarm clock, nightlight, and soothing sound machine.

What age are the clocks designed for?

Our bedtime clocks are designed for children ages 3–10. Always follow the safety guidance and supervise charging and setup.

Can the alarms use light without sound?

On Go & Glow Friends, yes. The Smart Life app lets you set the Sleep and Wake alarms to use light only or light and sound. The Bright Basics do not offer this light-only alarm option.

Does the clock need to stay plugged in?

The clocks are designed primarily for plugged-in use. Rechargeable battery power is best treated as short-term backup or for brief periods away from the outlet. Please follow the power guidance in your product manual.

How do the sleep and wake colors work?

Both Go & Glow Friends and The Bright Basics use the same sleep-to-wake color sequence. Red begins with the Sleep alarm, yellow turns on automatically 30 minutes before the Wake alarm, and green begins when the Wake alarm starts.

What if the clock is not the right fit?

Every clock includes a 90-day return period and a one-year warranty. Visit our Return Policy or Support page for the next steps.
